1 large salmon filet cut into serving size ( 4 )
juice of 1 lime
garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 medium onion
8 oz. white mushrooms
1TB butter & 1 - 2 tsp olive oil
pour lime juice over salmon filets, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. set aside. light grill, while that is getting hot. Slice onion & mushrooms.
place filet on hot grill, if the filet have the skin on one side grill that side first. while that is cooking, melt butter with olive oil in skillet over fire and add onions & mushrooms. stirring occassionally to keep from burning.
turn filets after 3 minutes and cook for another 2 minutes. To serve place 1 filet on plate spoon some onion /mushroom mixture on top and enjoy! mmmmmm
