Do you return lake fish like catfish,carp & bream back to the water?
Like catch & release.
Here in the UK its law that they have to be returned to the water.
Heard a rumor that in the USA they cook them ohmy
sure this is not true.

In the US you can keep them. I smoke the Catfish, as for the carp I only Bowfish for carp. biggrin
