3-4 potatoes seasoning salt (Lawry's)
1 stick butter black pepper
wash potatoes and dice. place in aluminum foil, sprinkle with about 1/2 teaspoon - 3/4 tsp. seasoning salt and alittle pepper. next add slices of the butter . Fold foil like a packet, making sure to roll the edges so they won't come undone.
Place on grill grate of fire and cook about 20 -30 minutes. turning carefully with tongs and a spatula.
