Ingredients:
15 bluegill fillets, scaled and deboned
10 saltines
1 egg
minced onion, optional
salt and pepper, to taste
oil
Preparation:
Crush saltines until crumbs. Put into bowl along with egg, salt, and pepper. Mince fish and add to mixture. Roll into balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
